Typical sanitary disposal bags (for menstrual pads, condoms, diapers, pet waste etc) all do a decent job for home but in public places and shared spaces w/o a receptacle they always have left me with something desired. I’ve only used this product once and feel comfortable saying THESE are a great product for giving me feelings of security and dignity when away from home. How to hold the bag as properly as illustrated initially confused me but I was able to figure it out in under a minute These are good because: •of the SEAL to keep odor in! It’s such a good idea! All the other bags you just tie the top in a knot, spray air freshener and hope. Even when it seems to work for awhile, it doesn’t give me THAT much reassurance when I’m away from home since they can unravel or scent can penetrate from the unseen gaps where I tied. • they’re opaque. Almost all sanitary disposal bags I see sold are semi-translucent and it’s worrying. If I’m at someone’s home I want to be as discreet as possible. It’s an embarrassing thought that someone will be emptying the trash and see through it. • they’re a WHITE tone, not reflective, and BLAND. So they don’t look conspicuous and ostentatious in a tiny restroom trash can— they look like they’re supposed to be there. It’s so annoying how every bag that’s opaque enough is usually an attention attracting color like; bright blue, magenta, violet and/or has some flamboyant design with cursive, images of baby bottles or illustrations of puppies. You know; designs that makes it a dead give away you it’s a sanitary bag for tossing out embarrassingly gross stuff. I always feel required to waste two napkins hiding the thing so I can push it down more. Sometimes the trash bag is fresh this isn’t even an option! These are really plain and if noticed it’s extremely vague looking .

These are amazing!!! Use to remove used hygiene item, discretely wrap, and dispose. Or, if you are away from a trash bin, wrap securely and tuck away until you can dispose. Discreet. Hygienic (no messes or smudges on your hands, no germ transfer from hands to body or body to hands). Conceals the scent and appearance. Excellent to help girls feel more confident about hygiene away from home. Great for camping and travel. Several fit easily in small places. You won’t hear a lot of crinkly noises using these either. Combine with pads with silent fabric wrapper to avoid embarrassing noises that may keep girls from wanting to change as often as they should.

These are really easy and comfortable to use. We added these to the restroom at work after work had to spend several hundred $$ to fix the septic system due to a "massive tampon dam". Apparently only the three "P"'s are supposed to go in the toilet. The dispenser we purchased with the starter kit has the instructions right on the front and has adhesive tabs. perfect for our non-wood walls. The "Sanitary Pad" sized bags are a little easier to use then the "tampon" sized bags because they fit more easily over your hand. The boxes are packed really tight so sometimes 2 bags are dispensed instead of 1. I bought some for personal use - I plan to use them while camping this summer and while traveling. It will cut down on the mess and really help with the comfort.

MaskIT is a great product for disposing of feminine hygiene products. It works exactly as advertised.

I must admit... every month when Aunt Flo came to town I would grab a shopping bag, place that sucker on the door and throw my used tampons in there. Most of the time I would put them in the wrapper of the one I was about to use.... but not all the time. This would be okay if I were a single person, but I’m not. My husband would complain about taking out the bag when he would take out the trash. It’s not that he can smell it, it’s what he sees. Even when I tie up the bag, it still grossed him out. I get it. So! After doing a general search for “tampon baggies” I stumbled across this gem and proceeded to check out. I’m glad I purchased these. Now I do still bust a shopping bad on the bathroom door but my husband is okay with this now because all he sees are little baggies in the bag. It almost made his day to not be able to see the contents of these baggies when he proceeded to take the trash out. It’s also helps when I’m at a friends house. Rather than roll up my tampon in a was of tissue in hopes this will be buried under more rubbishy, I can just slide it in a bag and throw it in the kitchen trash if I want to. I mean there’s no smell or obscene sight for anyone to view. Will definitely order these again, and again, and again, and again, and for many more months ahead. It’s a great deal because I really only need to order these like every 4-6 months. Can’t get any better than that!

We recently moved to a home that is entirely on septic and I have tried several other products - Fab bags, etc. - and the MaskIt bags are by far the best. I prefer the larger size as it handles everything. They are so easy to use and discreet! I hope they come up with a travel size, but if not, they are very easy to grab and go. They are my "go to" bags from now on! Thank you for coming up with a easy-to-use, environmentally friendly product!!
