Does this shirt shrink in the wash?

Will not shrink if you wash in cold water. I always use hand wash/wool cycle. Never ever use dryer or it will shrink! Always just hang and air dry.

What size would you recommend for a 5'2"/110 lbs woman?

My recommend is, if you like your Flannels to fit loose because you'll be wearing it over another shirt, buy it one size larger. If you like your clothing to fit snug, buy the size you would normally buy because these Flannels will shrink after a wash and dry.

Nice material but it shrinks

We loved this when it arrived but it shrunk a full size smaller with one wash. Used cool wash and medium dryer heat. My recommendation if you want to launder it as you normally do your work clothing, then buy a size bigger than you would normally wear..
