Bar is good, and spring collars are easy and quick to get on and off, although don't feel as secure somehow, not that they don't hold weights on, but don't stop plates turning during exercise, but happy with it anyway

Happy with product came with no collers but im not really bothered about that cause I don't use them anyway

Bar is well made but at 24mm in dia it's the smallest bar I have bought to date. This means, as noted in a review I wish I had read, that the 1 inch quick release collars I own will not work on this bar. This has therefore clearly been made to a metric spec as opposed to imperial, the latter being the standard sizing for standard weight sets. However, I did receive a friendly enough response from the seller when I queried the sizing. But did feel compelled to explain in my response that plates for 1 inch sets are made with a slightly larger hole to accommodate a 1 inch bar, which themselves can be slightly over and under a inch by a few thou' depending upon the brand. I have 30 years of weightlifting behind me, and have more than that in years spent in engineering/precision tooling related services. This bar is undersized. Is metric and not imperial as it needs to be. But happily I have a hack up my sleeve that will save this from going to scrap.

After receiving the bar with no spring clips I have purchased 1" , 25 & 24mm sizes and they are too big. Bottom line is the bar is not 1" so unable to source clips that fit it so will need to order another now.

bar is below 1". will not work with any of our other clips as such. weights sit loose on bar. works with included collars, as long as they last.
