It does whiten well. I gave it 3 stars because it stuck so much to my teeth I had to pull in off in pieces. Then I read if that happens to pull off from the back first. When I did that, it came off better but still wanted to stick hard to my teeth. My husband tried it and had the same problem, but again, it does whiten the teeth good.

This really work!! I’m on my second round right now. I tried the crest ones after finishing my first round; mom had extra. And Jesus Christ, after 15 minutes I felt a damn zinger in my tooth that lasted hours afters even tho I took it right off. This is definitely enamel safe and never gave me tooth pain!!
