I am glad they re-branded this as a toner and changed the formula slightly to make it lighter and possible to leave on your face without having to wash it off. It is totally invisible, has a pleasant, subtle, natural smell and the best effect on my skin among all toners I ever used. My skin does get a bit oily from using it after a few hours, so I use it before going to bed, followed by a moisturizer, however, it does not clog the pores or aggravate my acne, on the contrary, my acne-prone skin has never been better. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars A 3 week experiment! *by J***B on Reviewed in the United States on December 4, 2018* I gave the product a couple of weeks before writing a review. Since I shave a lot i get those neck bumps. Also, I break out with a rash or two from allergies. I first tried applying the product by setting the skin first but ultimately just applying it by itself works better for me. However, after getting the product I was disappointed to see it’s made in CHINA. I then realized that the statement above about US manufacturing was omitted from the description.
