You can mount these like a picture hanger, I was concerned about the capacity but our sound bar fits perfectly and I'm not worried about the weight after seeing them installed. Adjustable to any size.

In case anyone's wondering, my soundbar just makes the maximum 22 lb capacity limit, and I used the nails in drywall for mounting. It's sturdy. Enjoy!
