Taste not so good, cotton candy by far much better

It does actually say on the can that there's no skittles in the product. The fact that it's just generic skittles flavour too is a little bit of a red flag. It just generally tastes sweet and vaguely berry/fruity flavoured. This being said, I love C4 energy drinks and always enjoy trying a new flavour to keep me going through a long shift and found this to be a fun one to enjoy. People frequently were interested and asking me about this at work so I think it markets itself well. I think if it's on a reduced price it's probably worth a purchase and try.

I’ve been drinking C4 for a while now, and it’s one of my favorite pre workout energy drinks. I usually start drinking one about 30 minutes before the gym, and since it takes me a while to finish, I’m normally done with the can by the time I’m about halfway through my workout. It gives me a nice boost of energy and helps me stay focused during training. The flavors I’ve tried, including Cosmic Rainbow and Cereal Killer and The Variety Pack with the Cherry flavor, are both really good and don’t have the overly artificial taste that some energy drinks do. I also like that they’re zero sugar. I also like that they are carbonated! One thing to keep in mind is that each can contains 200 mg of caffeine, which is a decent amount. If I drink one of these, I usually skip my coffee for the day because that’s already enough caffeine for me. I definitely wouldn’t drink one close to bedtime, especially if you’re sensitive to caffeine or have trouble falling asleep. Personally, I can still feel the effects for several hours afterward. For me, I feel the energy for about 4 hours, though everyone’s caffeine tolerance is different. How does 200 mg caffeine compare? It’s roughly equivalent to about 2 cups of coffee, so it’s definitely noticeable but not excessive if you’re used to caffeine. Energy drinks vs coffee for workouts? I prefer this before workouts because it’s convenient, tastes good, and gives me a more “pre workout” feel than coffee alone. Energy drinks for gym performance? I find they help improve my focus, motivation, and workout intensity when used before training. Best pre-workout energy drink? This is one of my favorites because of the flavor variety, zero sugar formula, and reliable energy boost. Another reason I keep buying these is the value. I’ve found that purchasing them by the case on Amazon is usually cheaper than buying individual cans in stores, which adds up if you drink them regularly. It’s convenient to have them delivered and stocked at home, especially when I know I’ll be using them before my workouts throughout the week.

This is my favorite energy drink ever. The flavor is amazing. It tastes sweet & fruity. It is very low in calories (10 calories per can), but does not taste like artificial sweeteners. It has a pleasant sweetness. 200 mg of caffeine per can. Gives me a nice afternoon boost. Caution* may cause an all over itchy sensation the first few times you drink this. Does not make me jittery. Best served ice cold.

I purchased the Cosmic Rainbow flavor C4 Performance Energy Drink. It has Zero Sugar which was very important for me when searching for the perfect energy drink. There is NO Sodium, and, 200mg of Caffeine. The taste of these is literally Skittles in a can but perfectly made to not be overwhelmingly sweet, I am amazed at how they managed to create such a perfect taste with no sugar. Does it actually give me energy? YES. Can I focus with this? Yes, drinking this helps me lock in. Without a doubt, whenever I am not able to muster up the energy myself these save me and get me going. I am not the type to chug an energy drink so my experience with it has been great, no shakes, no crazy increased heart rate, and NO CRASH. Im not sure if they have this flavor with a resealable lid but for someone like me, that likes to take my time drinking energy drinks, that would be a game changer! When I’m drinking this to workout I will drink it while I workout to keep the energy coming (not that the energy isn’t consistent, it is). I noticed that versus other energy drinks the effect of this one lasted the longest and my energy slowly wore off throughout the day, the way natural energy should/would. Whether you’re working out, running errands, at the office, or, just simply trying to make it through the day this energy drink is the answer for the days you can’t find the energy yourself or even just need an extra kick.
