I am on my third strap, but they're cheap, so not a problem as the watch is so useful. I can see the watch being perfect for reminding to take regular medication, although perhaps not so easy to set/operate with old, arthritic fingers. As far as the strap is concerned, it could be stronger/more resilient, but it's cheap and does the job. I've used it every night for six months and it's proved very effective I find it easy to set. I’ve had no issues with the strap, and it's very comfortable. I set three alarms a day and I only need to charge it once a week. The only issue I've had with it is that it doesn't accurately display the level of charge during the week, it's inaccurate, that said it does indicate when it's fully charged and a weekly charge has been sufficient.
