I elected to come to this facility 10 months ago and soon found this unit in Amazon. I purchased the unit with two batteries and they have operated well so far. The unit has not had a problem since I purchased in Dec/2022. Recently the batteries have had less operational time. Charging was done at the lowest red light on a continuous basis. Never was a partial charge made. I have had many people here wanting data on the unit for possible purchase. Things were quiet on Amazon with no address to forward information about the unit. Controls function very well. One recommendation is to have a more smooth operating guidance control as this unit has to be closely watched as it will not track forward straight and has to be corrected. Good machine with no troubles in maintenance nor operation. Seat will allow large posteriors and sharp turns troubles your the foot rest with the front wheels.

I have driven this thing a lot! Many, many miles in fact! Its fun to drive around the neighborhood. It is quite rugged and well designed. It is also useful indoors! I am very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend to others. I wish it were a bit lighter so it could more easily be put in the car with one person. And it would be nice if it had an A/B battery switch. I bought the second battery which mounts in the scooter alongside the first but switching batteries requires undoing and redoing the power connector.

First, there is a big problem getting any help from this company, and the manual is an insulting joke! Many people have mentioned the batteries, and as a pretty good engineer and mechanic (who is slightly disabled ), the batteries ARE NOT easy to access or replace. The power cable is difficult to get to, and one of my batteries now stops working, even with a full charge. A ten minute run time, and it stops, big pain. Remember a new battery is $350! Ouch! NOW FOR A BIG PAY ATTENTION—THE BACK TIRES!! Imagine you are a couple of miles from home and one, or in my case, both of your tires goes flat. HUGE PROBLEM.! You can’t exactly go to a gas station and fill them, the manual has NOTHING ABOUT THE TIRES! And if you don’t have a compressor (more$$) to fill them, you’re screwed. The rear wheels and tires are simply A MICKEY MOUSE CHEAP JOKE! From an engineering perspective this wheelchair is not serious : for example , there is - the connection from the battery , it should be an easy simple connector to switch from one battery to the other, the joy stick controller should easily disconnect to remove for transport, so it doesn’t get broken trying to put it in the trunk [a near impossible task itself] I could go on, but the bottom line is, this was slapped together without much thought, (besides their profits), and I am sorry I went with this brand. The TOTAL lack of a useful manual , the TOTAL LACK OF COMMUNICATION BY THE MAKERS, no phone, no help whatsoever , it is frustrating! I AGREE WITH THE OTHER 1 STAR REVIEWS….I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ‘ENCAREFOR’ WHEELCHAIR !!! I wish I could recommend another brand, just don’t get stuck with a $1300 pain like I did….I fell for ‘the yellow’, now I regret it!

It looks great, and it’s very comfortable. It actually weighs 72 lbs, so I need someone else to move it into/out of the car. I am not happy the batteries and parking brakes are in the back. I like having two batteries. I’ve only had it for two days, so I might be reviewing this too soon. I noticed that when I’m on a mild side slope (driveway) trying to turn up hill, it was not cooperating. I had to turn down slope into the street, turn around there, and then go straight forward up the slop to get where I was going.

such a useful wheelchair! fits easily in an Uber and it rides well. we got this for my mom because her caregiver could no longer use a normal wheelchair. It makes having a wheelchair so much easier. My mom who also has rheumatoid arthritis can easily use the joystick. dealing with the vendor was also helpful. They answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Highly suggest purchasing this item.

Very easy to setup. Folding and unfolding is very easy but watch your fingers. It's a little heavy for me but I can get it in and out of the car with no trouble. I tried all 6 speeds and let me tell you 6 is very fast. Zoom!!

I have gotten that compliment everywhere I go in it. It enabled me to enjoy the local festival and the park. Plan to do a museum trip and maybe even the zoo. Thank you for saving me from mobility isolation I was suffering.
