Product has reduced itchiness on scalp
Works well if you follow the directions written on the bottle. Easy to apply and no odor. Make sure to apply to dry hair and massage all over scalp. Wait the suggested 30 minutes then rinse and wash hair. I used it once a week.

Not for me
Wasn't too crazy about it. For me, it didn't help a lot. I didn't feel as itchy but wasn't worth it for me

Works well
If you need treatment between treatment shampoos, etc.- this is a great product, especially in the summer. It has mint in it, no noticeable scent from that though, and so it is cooling to the scalp. I like that in warm/hot weather as your head can get overheated from psoriatic scalp. I now have sensitive skin so am happy that the mint, nor any of the other ingredients, presents a problem to my scalp/skin. I gave only 4 stars to "value for the money" because it's slightly pricy, though you don't have to use a lot of the product. It says to leave on for up to 1/2hr, then wash off, but I leave it on for much longer- it's only 2.5% salicylic acid, so it's fairly mild to leave on longer in my experience with it. It's a good treatment that cools the scalp.

Known effective ingredients, odd medicinal scent. Worthwhile purchase... if it works.
This product has a lot of promise, in my opinion. I happen to know from personal experience that two of the ingredients, salicylic acid and urea, are both effective when used to treat psoriasis and eczema. I happen to suffer from both.On my scalp in particular this is a problem. I see it get much worse in the winter, as the humidity levels are lower. This product is rubbed into the scalp, and then washed off after 1/2 hour (if I'm reading the directions correctly. Then they suggest you shampoo, preferably with a good anti-psoriasis shampoo. Makes sense. To me, the fact that you wash it off suggest that it's doing what it's suppose to, and doing it efficiently. That's why you need to stop it, to prevent damage to your skin from the product itself. Something to bear in mind before you purchase. Also, it has a rather odd, medicinal smell. Not unpleasant, just... different.I find the price a bit high, given the bottle is rather small. However, as anyone who suffers from psoriasis and eczema will tell you, if it works they are willing to pay whatever price.Looks very promising. We'll see how it works out.

Did not work on the itching and burning
This stuff is greasy and did not work. It is supposed to have 2.5% Salicylic, which should have been effective, but it only made my hair greasy. Also, they would not let me return it. Stick to Neutrogena 2.0 Salicylic shampoo.

It works great! Helps my scalp psoriasis.
I bought the serum, Shampoo 2 with the s/acid, and the conditioner (a must imo). Let me tell you, this combo gives me the most relief out of ALL the other products I've purchased for my scalp psoriasis, and I’ve spent lots of $$. I always come back to this product and I love how they ship it in nice hard cardboard cylinders. There should never be any loss, smart! I make it spa time in an epsom salt tub of super warm water and allow each product the time to absorb in. THAT IS HOW I SPELL RELIEF! Thank you Sphagnum.

Does provide limited relief of dry, itchy & flaky scalp
Admittedly I don't have psoriasis but I did have childhood exzema which left me with chronically dry skin to this day. I do suffer from a dry and flaky scalp, with itchy patches that flare up from time to time, so I saw that this serum although intended for psoriasis sufferers, states that it can help with scales, flaking and itchiness. It does have a somewhat medicinal smell (reminds me of cough syrup) but that's not an issue, I'm also not fond of the application method (shampoo it out 30 minutes after applying - or when it gets tingly), I'd much rather have a leave-in application but that's because I'm lazy. It did not tingle but I followed the instructions to wash it out after half an hour, and I only received a limited amount of itch relief. I do hope this product works better for those afflicted with the condition this is designed to treat, but for my limited use case it did not work as well as I was hoping.
