Is water able to go through the lipstick?

It’s like Vaseline but smoother

The way my requests for full ingredients keeps getting ignored makes me suspicious that these are full of propylparaben and questionable dyes?

It’s made with smushed strawberries into a jelly like liquid that hardens into lipstick

I don’t really know but it is probably is from Japan or China. I couldn’t use mine because they were melted from the heat but I wouldn’t purchase again there are a lot better stains out there put in lip stain balm at Amazon. I wrote a review on the two I ordered. Good luck!
