The inner foam comes with a ring sticker to prevent it from moving around. The cushions look good too and not cheap. I also liked the fact that we get a mini plastic pry bar tool to remove the old cushions. Also included is a wet and dry wipe. However you may need some isopropyl alcohol for additional cleaning if the old glue / foam does not come off easily. Really liked the packaging overall. Note: The printed installation instructions needs to be corrected -the user needs to first stick the inner foam to the earpiece and then wrap the outer covering around it.
