So will not be buying their shoes again with this kind of Customer Service and I have ended up with inferior shoe quality and can't trust their quality of shoes.

True to size
This Rockport shoe is very comfortable and looks great. I love it.

Shoe color didn't hold up

The color is not true to the picture
The color is orange brownish which is not true to the picture. The leather feels quite stiff, kinda like plastic. It’s true to size though.
