I followed the instructions to clean/disinfect before use and it melted. It came with two pairs but I seriously want to be compensated. Just wash with disinfectant hand soap. Low score due to instructions but trays work fine since I used them this morning.

My customized whitening trays from my dentist eventually became a little loose from extensive wear, so I thought I would try these as a replacement. I contacted my dentist about getting new ones, but they said that they would have to do new impressions and it would cost $500! Unfortunately, this product didn't work well at all. I tried 4 different methods with each tray, and they all turned out as garbage. The material is way too thick to give a good impression; doesn't not conform well to the front and back of your teeth. The result is a very loose tray, which you can hold in place with your tongue or lower teeth, but it's not snug enough to make considerable contact with your teeth to the point that the whitening gel is practically ineffective. Also, when you cut of the tab on the front of the tray, it doesn't trim off cleanly, so there ends up being a poky spot that will irritate the inside of your lip. I suppose cutting with a razor blade might be a solution. I cant afford to purchase the professional trays, so I'm not sure what the answer is, but it's not these!

This item is perfect! It's super comfortable, easy to mold, and very durable. I paid $500 for my dentist to make a mouth tray. The quality was absolutely terrible, rough around the edges, and it smelled like fish! I can't believe I was able to get this higher quality item on Amazon. Don't buy the one from your dentist, get this one instead!

This product comes with two sets for your teeth. To set them to your teeth, you boil water, then take the water off the heat, dip the mold in the hot water for a few seconds, then put it in your mouth, covering your teeth, and suck for a few minutes. I tried both sets and neither set. I did everything the instructions told me to, but the bottom teeth got wrecked both times apparently. When I tried using the whitener in it, the whitener would seep out and defeat the purpose of using them. I switched over to 3D Whitening with the LED light and this works MUCH better. My teeth were white within two days and I didn't have to use it for 2 to 4 hours. 3D Whitening takes one hour and doesn't hurt, you can still talk and get ready as it sits. If you're looking for something for whitening your teeth, skip this and use your money elsewhere that will for sure give you the results you're looking for.

Sold for teeth whitening ..it’s nothing more than a cheap gum guard…would be dangerous to use with the whitening bleach. Left my mould at home 🙄 so bought this!! Absolute rubbish!!

You have to be realistic. This is a Chinese Manufacturing Company, selling worldwide cheap products!. Be sensible. Don't complain! . This product product is of reasonable quality. I won't complain. Don't Expect Too Much..it's cheap! I Follow printed instructions. Heat for 30 seconds..(.i did not cool in cold water)! Insert hot moldable, bite down firmly for 15 secs, then plunge in cold water- continue with either upper or lower moldable. For me it worked very well!

Super easy to use! Do one try at a time. The trays are made from a sort of jelly, silicone plastic that softens with 10-15 seconds in boiling water. I immediately put the tray from the water when it feels more jelly and ready to take shape. I bit down and used force from my fingers to secure on the front of my teeth. After about 30 seconds for it to shape to my teeth it went right into cold water. I then trimmed off the tab and extra plastic. Great for teeth whitening gel.
