"What color"
I had already bought cobalt blue metal stem covers at auto zone BUT, when I saw these (surfing for accessories 4 my "new purchase) I actually said "wow... I want those!".. I was really looking forward to the color and glow at night. They emit NO color/glow sitting there so thought maybe they needed the "wheels spinning " to generate the glow (since it wasn't doing anymore sitting there!) So I even had a friend watch/video me drive it up/down street so I could see it. BUT.... NOTHING! NOT even a miniscule hint of a glow! Granted the cost was ridiculously inexpensive; BUT, it's the principle. Judging by the other reviews (which I didn't scroll much prior to purchase) I didn't randomly get "the Duds" and the lack of any color is not an isolated case... frustrating...

These are junk. They never worked right out of the box. Not once did they glow at nighttime.

No brillan en la noche, no son flourescentes, son simplemente tapones color azul para las ruedas, no tienen ningun chiste.

Dont buy these if your looking for a fun effect. They look bad in day and at night do nothing. Maybe mine are old and lost the glow IDK but they dont glow at all.
