Q: can it be used straight without being watered down

Like everyone said, dilute it 15/1. I have an old 16 ounce spray bottle that used to have a different dog conditioner, so I add 15 ounces of water and 1 Tablespoon (which is 1 ounce) of Stuff. Easy peasy :)

Q: Is it good to keep there eyes clean from the black goop

I don't have dogs that get eye stains, but "The Stuff" is a grooming treatment for building body, shine and silky coats. I use it on my Afghan when I use the blower on him. I don't think its a whitener and I don't think it has any sort of enzyme for whitening tear stains.
