Handy Gaget
The coolest thing I can convert anything to or from Bluetooth. It has a very simplistic interface. Only problems seems to be connecting to the speaker I am using only after cycling power on unit , if I turn the speaker off then back on later, it doesn't not auto connect or remember the speaker. I am using it in transmit mode (has receiver mode also), plugged into a mic jack on rack stereo system to receive on Bluetooth speaker in another room. Good simple design, very handy garget. Love it. Seems to have a slight latency around 1/2 sec or less, not noticeable if in another room. Received from 3 floor room good range. Has buttons for volume, that controls the output to speaker.

Works well. Easy to pair (just use the correct mode: TX or RX)
Works great. easy to set up. Just remember there are 3 modes. RX, OFF and TX. To pair a bluetooth headset to your TV you must use TX. This makes the unit a bluetooth transmitter to your headset. Very easy to pair. If you put the unit in RX mode, it acts as a receiver (bluetooth signal into the unit and plug your "speaker" into the unit). Before I realized the difference I tried to pair my headset while on RX. Did not work. Then I read the instructions again and saw it needed to be on TX. Worked well after that. I have paired 3 different headsets (as a test) and they all paired easily and worked great.

Worked briefly, but there were issues. Quit transmitting completely after a few days.
I bought this product because I didn't like that the Bluetooth transmitter in my Samsung TV shuts off the sound to all other connected sound devices when a Bluetooth device is connected. I wanted the option of having the regular speakers on low while someone who needs more volume could use Bluetooth headphones simultaneously. I got that to work pretty well, except that there is a considerable lag between the sound in the room and the sound in the headphones which is pretty confusing and annoying. But there is another problem that was really unexpected and strange. When the Bluetooth headphones are turned off, this device tries to pair up with the television which causes the TV to lose its picture and otherwise act really bizarre. I was able to get rid of that problem by going into some really weird and scary settings using "secret" key combinations on the TV remote to get deep into some very strange, hidden and scary technical settings in the TV software to shut off the TV's Bluetooth. I am moderately tech-savvy and follow instructions really well, but this process made me very uncomfortable, though I did manage to do it successfully. So it seemed to work okay for a few days. Then I went to try to show my sister-in-law how to use it and couldn't get any sound through the headphones. I thought that the problem was with the headphones at first, but it will not transmit sound to anything. The display and the devices indicate that there is a connection, but there is no sound at all.I had this thing for close to a year before I hooked it up, so I don't plan to ship it back. However, I did order a different device that claims to have very low latency that I think may work better for my intended purposes.

Transform your Bluetooth speakers!
This thing does exactly what I needed it to do... transmit Bluetooth signals. I recently bought a fantastic Bluetooth speaker that sounds amazing. But it doesn't have an aux input, which is pretty disappointing. Not everything can be played with Bluetooth. For example, FM radio. I'm one of the few who still listens to radio so the lack of an aux port limits what I could listen to. So I bought a cheap $10 portable radio, hooked that up to the Bluetooth transmitter, paired with my speaker and it works! Wonderful! And I'm sure I'll find future uses with it too. Highly recommend!

Works well as TV transmitter
The device functions well transmitting TV audio to my hearing aids, but I first had to fiddle with it to get it to work properly. It took some persistence to get it to pair with my hearing aids, but after the first couple times, it seemingly learned how and now pairs as soon as I turn it on. It also interferes with the Roku device. I moved the transmitter to the opposite end of the TV and now it works fine. The audio is very clear, and I can hear it when I go into the next room. The only remaining issue is the latency audio delay, which seems like a quarter second, takes some getting used to.

No Problem
A great little transmitter/receiver that works just like it should. Easy to install and operate. The price was right and the shipping fast. Thanks and God Bless!

Not for TV
Not usable for TV!!! Latency is way to long. It does function, but not as advertised. If you are using it for audio only to stream music then probably fine, but when the audio is behind video by 0.5 seconds it is super annoying and hard to watch. Also, the unit I received does not have the simple Rx/Tx switch on the side, have to hold 2 buttons down for a few seconds to switch mode. Not a big deal; but not as simple as the switch.
