I am writing to express my frustration regarding an ongoing issue with my Michael Kors smartwatch, which I have been unable to connect to my phone despite multiple attempts. I’ve tried all basic troubleshooting steps, but the device still does not pair or function as expected. This has been a disappointing experience, especially considering the cost of the watch. I have previously sent several emails about this issue but have yet to receive a response. Please advise on how to proceed. I would appreciate immediate assistance, or at the very least, a clear response and solution. If a replacement or repair is needed, kindly provide the necessary steps. The watch will not sync with WEAR OS app. If you can't pair, you can't wear - it won't work until it is paired. So, you can't get it to work if you can't get past the first step of pairing the watch. This is beyond disappointing. Have followed all troubleshooting recommendations. Fossil's tech support is terrible. You get auto-responses and stuck in an AI loop. If you want this watch to work with Wear OS, it does not. Steer clear of this one unless you want to be frustrated and ultimately have to return it.

I love my MK watches and purchased this as a fancy option to a smart watch. It really isn't living up to the MK name. The watch freezes all the time, and options that I have turned on, such as sound and notifications turn themselves on and off somehow. I'm not returning the watch as I do like it, I'm simply noting that I would not have paid the kind of money I did for a watch that does not live up to my expectations.
