I guess for something so small and light it's pretty acceptable. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review for SHARP DR-P420(BK) - Midnight Black *by A***D on 19 June 2025* Okay, after using this radio for almost a year, I can say my previous review MAY have undersold this little radio. After adjusting a couple of settings, the speaker sounds decent for a radio of the price. It has FM, DAB and Bluetooth capabilities, and also a battery slot at the back for portable use! Also, I have to give credit on the FM capabilities for this radio. Most DAB Radios use a cheap FM tuner which absolutely butchers FM quality. This one does not, it uses a decent FM tuner that doesn’t butcher FM’s quality! The antenna it comes with by default is pretty short, but it’s easy to replace with a longer one! You just undo one singular screw and the old antenna will come right out for a new, longer one to be put in place. Signal can be a bit of a pain to deal with, especially if you use the default short antenna, but it improves as soon as you put in a longer one! (This obviously, depends on your area.) The preset feature is nice, as you can save the radio stations you like and press a singular button to go back to them! The box comes with a manual, so learning how to use this radio will be easy. The radio has a 3.5 mm jack, so you can use headphones to listen to the radio if you really wish! The only drawback is the Micro-USB port for power, as micro usb is rare to find nowadays and Micro-USB can be pretty weak.
