The insulation is really good quality, the back pouch can fit a small ice pack to keep insulin cold. I’m opting to put a couple juice pouches back there. I’m absolutely in love with the little “trash” slip for used test strips. As you can see, I was able to fit a lot of supplies in each compartment, including an extra Dexcom, 2 spare OmniPods, and a few syringes for emergencies. The first photo is before I had everything packed and the last shows it all zipped after packing it full.
