Can you get a good cardio workout on this machine ? Looking to lose some weight

I am rather unfit lately due to illness, so have bought this fantastic little bike. When I cycle for even five minutes I feel my heart pounding and it takes me ten minutes to recover, so yes, it does give you a cardio workout.

I don’t have the manual to see how to change the battery. Can someone please tell how that’s done?

At the bottom of the front display panel insert screwdriver in the center and the display panel will pop up and the battery is on the backside of it

I have parkinson and am looking for a good way to ride a bicycle while sitting in my recliner. is this good for that?

I am not sure, but I don't believe so with your condition & the design of the pedals it will be extremely difficult to keep your feet on the pedals (will keep sliding off), as that was my experience & I am 80 & it was difficult to keep my feet on them, so it now sits in the corner all by itself lonely & sad. :( :(

The knob is useless actually, and if tightened the metal becomes too hot to touch... its really basic but will do for basic rehab, really basic as any other of this type of exerciser
