No its not. THC is a property of Medical Marihuana. You may have meant CBD, and this is not a CBD product either. It contains other topical and cooling ingredients. It does provide an hour or two of help for bad neuropathy pain. If you want something that works better, and you are willing to pay the price, get a 3000 MG CBD cream. I use that on my feet, shoulder and elbow, and that does ease the pain for a longer period of time.
