I have had many kinds of canned and packaged kimchi and never a fan of the flavor as they all taste like preservitives but this brand nailed the taste! It tasted delicous but the texture was dissapointing. It was too soft and mushy. I like a little crunch and there was too much liquid. But tastes amazing!

This was the worst kimchi I have ever tasted. The consistency was sludge and the flavor was awful. Only way I would ever get this again, would be if I had to stay in a bunker for 50 years. Even then it'd still be the last thing I eat.

Taste not very good , maybe cuz its canned ?

This is my first ever Kimchi( I watch a lot of Korean shows on Netflix & Amazon Prime)!! My first taste was a WOW!. Cabbage spiced nicely with moderate heat. I was having a cheeseburger at home for lunch and I thought why not make it a Kimchi burger. Fantastic! My first but not last Kimchi cheeseburger. Delicious. Now I will stock up on more of this Kimchi. Loved this.

I have had kimchi made by my Korean friends and this is indeed closest to what you get in a homemade batch. I have bought other brands but they have a weird smell and I had to throw those away. This one is not too spicy but I add some red pepper on mine. The only thing is the amount, I think it is a bit expensive as I finished this little container in three meals but I guess that also speaks to its flavor.

Fist time I bought food and first time I tried kimchi. It was good

I loved it, had it with rice. I was very curious about this kimchi. I watch Korean series and kept seeing foods with kimchi and I said I have to try this and it was lovely. Is quite spicy which I love but maybe for other people would be too much. It depends on the person how spicy is. From one to ten is a 7 spicy.

L'ho comprato per curiosità, si presenta in una lattina da 160 g, con una durata di oltre un anno senza doverlo refrigerare. Ho preso la variante stir fried, non fermentato come la versione tradizionale. Ha un sapore rotondo, dolce e un po' piccante, con note umami. La sensazione è quasi di “cotto” con un tocco di affumicatura delicata. Il cavolo mantiene una croccantezza piacevole. Se cercate qualcosa di diverso, fresco e salutare, senza un sapore troppo fermentato, questa versione è un buon compromesso.
