We had a white one previously which worked a treat, but became grubby where hands open it, so went for black which looks great. **Q: Can can these magnetic curtains been shortened please** A: I’m sure it can be shortened with double sided tape. First time buying this one, the velcro strips are so strong, I accidently stuck down in the wrong position and it took some pulling to get them apart. Screen quality is great, no chance of flies getting through. The magnets are good and strong but our dog has no issue getting through and they snap back together. Really easy to put up on the door. I'm definitely recommending to family.
