I am really enjoying this iron. There isn’t a setting for the temperature. It sets itself and I haven’t been disappointed. One just has keep it full of distilled water because its steaming capabilities is wonderful. This makes ironing so much easier and faster.

Based on the reviews I read before I purchased this iron, I know that many people have had a positive experience with this product. However, this was far from my experience and I just want you to be aware of this possibility before you buy. I have been a quilter for decades and purchased too many irons to count. I have never spent anywhere near what I paid for this iron. I decided it was time to "invest" in a good, lasting iron but I was sadly mistaken. Only after 18 months of use, the iron simply quit heating up. Of all the irons I have purchased (and a lot of them were inexpensive) I have never had an iron that quit heating. When I contacted the company about my problem they said it was out of warranty (after 12 months). The only solution they offered me was for me to ship the iron to them (at my expense). If they could fix it they would charge me $80 flat rate. Otherwise, it was too bad, so sad. So too bad, so sad was what I chose, not wanting to sink anymore money into this lemon. Hope your experience is better if you choose to take the gamble.

The iron/steam generator works well enough; however, it is not be left plugged in to power. With other irons, there is an auto off feature allowing you to leave it plugged in and just start using it again later after a brief initialization period. With this iron, there is an annoying beeping every 25 seconds after approximately 8 minutes of non use. This does not stop until you unplug it. The instructions clearly state to uplug the appliance when not in use. But this is inconvenient when the plug is difficult to reach. I reached out to the email provided by the manufacturer, but had no response after one week.

I love this iron. My first one stopped steaming and started leaking after a few months but it also took a plunge to the floor so I’m hoping it was because of that. The steaming helps with wrinkles. It is a heavier iron but I personally like the heaviness.

I love this iron. Quick to heat, lots of steam. It doesn’t leak. I’ve always used the Eurosteam brand but this new iron is better. Some may find it a bit heavy but that just helps with ironing. It has auto shut off, but I would prefer an off/on switch.

Iron leaked water on my fabrics and is quite heavy compared to other irons I've owned. I wouldn't buy again and had to return since I wasn't a fan of leaky irons.

OMG! This iron is a game-changer! I decided to buy a new one after my previous iron burned my silk shirt. After doing a lot of research, I found this one, and it works perfectly. It leaves my silk and satin shirts impeccably smooth with no wrinkles. It also has a turbo mode, which is useful for cotton and thick fabrics. Although it was quite expensive, I’m totally happy with my purchase!

Good steam iron, totally automatic. Quite heavy, presses really well. The iron beeps after 8 minutes of non use but there is an override (supposedly) but it’s just a placebo and there is no override.

After ironing 2 ladies shirts and a bit of cotton fabric, my ironing board cover was wet. Tried various settings and always got blobs of water. On top of that, it was slow to heat and was not ready when the ready lights lit up. Sent it back and bought a $21 Black+Decker IR06VC Black+Decker Easy Steam Compact Iron, Professional EvenSteam Non-Stick Soleplate, Blue/White, IR06VC, Blue. So far it does fine. .
