Awesome! I wrote a review before, and said the only thing that would make it better would be if they started selling it in bigger packages. And they did! I put this in practically everything! It tastes like bacon and totally satisfies my vegan craving! And it is healthy, too-- it's made from pinto beans! Also great for people who have soy sensitivities!

This stuff is really good.
I've tried almost every type of "healthy" imitation bacon or bacon substitute at this point, and this is far and away my favorite. Here are the ingredients, in the order in which they appear on the label (I'm reading from the bag as I'm writing this): Pinto beans, sunflower oil, salt, yeast extract, natural flavors, vitamin E.Highly recommend.

Avaiability Issues
Too hard to get. I used to be excited about purchasing this product, but it became so difficult. I received an availability allert today and was "Bleh. Who cares?" It's a good product that could probably be made at home, without having to beg for it.

THE BEST VEGAN, SOY FREE, VEGGIE BACON BITS OUT THERE!!!
AHHHMAZING! Love these little darlings! We eat them as a bean dip spread, as a BLT "dip" with crackers or pita's, or make them into bean burgers with a few other ingredients. Oh, and when there are some left, we throw them in our salads, LOL! Love that you are now selling these in bulk! THANKS COOLFOODS!!

Everyone loves this!
I’m a vegetarian and I love this product! However, the rest of my family and extended family eat meat - they love bacon - and they all really enjoyed this product! One of them even bought a bag for themselves! I haven’t turned the “bacon” into the bean dip yet, but I imagine it would be tasty! We just put some on our egg salad sandwiches the other day!

Is this Veggie Bacon legal?
I literally just received this from the mailman, opened the package, and took a taste. THIS STUFF IS GREAT! I can't believe this is made from pinto beans. This has such an authentic bacon flavor. YUM-OH, what a great find!

They're nice an crunchy to start
They're nice an crunchy to start, but turn very soft pretty quickly as your chewing. Have a great starting flavor, but then it has this weird aftertaste. Will throw them in a salad and sew how that goes.
