I could not be happier with this purchase! Not only did it arrive early but they literally thought of everything I would need or want. The instructions were clear and it was very straightforward to assemble. It takes time but if you review the instructions beforehand and make note of the different sized screws, one person can do it all on their own. The framework and material are well made and I really like that it is lightweight yet sturdy so it is easy to move around. The feet have levels for uneven ground, they provide clips to keep adjacent seats connected, and the cushions have Velcro and ties to keep them in place. The height is perfect, it is comfy to sit and lay on, and it looks awesome! I did quite a bit of research on similar items by reading reviews and comparing prices before pulling the trigger on this one, and am very pleased. I highly recommend this product and company.

The good and the bad. The couch shipped quickly. Like others have commented, it’s fairly easy to assemble just tedious with the little wrenches. Someone else also commented about the Velcro being installed in the wrong place and I had the same issue on one of my seats. And it turned out to be the first seat I tried to assemble so I spent a good 30 minutes trying to figure out what I was doing wrong because I knew the Velcro should go in the back but it turned out the Velcro was just placed on the side of the seat instead of the rear. I’ll probably just buy some Velcro to fix it. The bottom cushions are good and comfortable, but like others have also stated, the back cushions are not very comfortable. They go flat when you lean against them but I just bought quality throw pillows and it’s fine. My biggest issue was two of my seat frames were bent. When I tried to assemble them, the seats were wonky and would not line up. I emailed the company and they were very responsive and got back to me right away. The only bummer was it took about two weeks to get my replacement parts but I have them now and everything worked out. Overall the couch seems sturdy and looks nice. My son is 6’2 and he thinks it’s a little short but this couch is one of the taller ones in this price range. I don’t want to spend more than $1000 for an outdoor couch so for what I paid this couch is fine. And I thought the customer service was good. You don’t want to have to try and ship back a couch!

Very elegant and sturdy. Several years in now and still going strong, lightweight, sun didn’t bleach them like most materials.

The couch is so comfortable! And honestly very easy to assemble it just may be time consuming but over all the color is perfect and material is pretty good! The coffee table isn’t shown still building it but thought I show the couch :)

This couch took some time to put together. Instructions were very clear and in every box as well as additional tools. We got the 7 piece set. It came in 3 large boxes and it was delivered by FED EX. It arrived much earlier than originally expected. We love the navy blue colored cushions against the dark rattan material. This is a nice sturdy couch and comfortable to sit and lay down on.

Assembly was very easy with one exception. There is no instruction on how to attach the clips that hold the modular sections together to form the sofa. I was unable to attach them after assembly. One small back cushion cover for the corner seat section was missing from the kit. Upon notification a replacement was sent. The replacement included the small cover as well as a cover for a larger back cushion and a seat cushion cover. I was very pleased with the speed of the replacement and that even though I'd specified the missing piece, one of each size was sent. Excellent customer service for this recovery effort. Once assembled, the furniture looks great and is comfortable to sit on. It also seems very sturdy considering its light weight.

Very pleased with the set, but the pictures can be a bit misleading. The cushions are good for the price and the assembly wasn't too difficult or time consuming (3 hrs with 2 people). However, the biggest thing about this set is the size. This set would be great if you are slender and between 5'2" and 5'10". If you are taller than 6ft or a larger person, the backs on the seats are just too short and the sofa isnt overly 'deep' at all either. It makes you feel like your sitting on a kids sofa, not adult size outdoor furniture. If the set was 5" taller and 5" deeper, it would be great for everyone. It works for what we have, but I can already tell we are going to be shopping for a new set after a year or two. For the price, it does the job and is very good if your 5'6" and 150lbs--just be weary about the dimensions before buying if you have anyone who is over 6ft or over 200lbs sitting on this.
