It’s comfortable, breathable, and actually covers my entire torso. I’m 5’6” and 292 lbs, and one thing I really appreciate is that it doesn’t roll up or lift when I sit down. It also has multiple rows, so if I wanted to, I could move it to the second row for a tighter fit. Right now, though, I prefer wearing it on the first row because I don’t want it too tight, especially since I still have a hernia. I like that I can adjust the compression as needed without feeling like I have to squeeze myself into it. The back has these little support pieces that help keep your posture straight. You can definitely feel them, and they do press into your back a little, but it’s not uncomfortable — you’re just aware that they’re there. Overall, this is probably one of the best waist trainers I’ve purchased in a long time, especially as someone who is plus-size and has had two kids. I also have a hernia, and personally, I’ve found that wearing this gives me some support and helps relieve some of the pressure I feel in that area.
