I used to buy another brand that looked healthier because of the bright orange colour but then realised it mostly Omega 6 and 9, which our body already produces itself. I switched to this brand because it contains only Omega 3, and in a very nice amount, and it’s just one capsule a day instead of 2 like most other brands. Same size as other brands, no smell, very happy so far.

Product arrived quick and well packaged.No problems with product. Great 1 a day capsule to give my the levels of EPA and DHA I wanted with no after taste.

I don't eat much fish tbh as I don't really like fish so it makes sense to supplement my diet with fish oils which can be beneficial for our bodies.These soft gel capsules despite being quite big are actually easy to swallow as they're shaped quite streamlined to slip down the throat smoothly.The recommended dose at 1 per day preferably with a meal to aid digestion and the pack size at 90 capsules gives you about a 3 month supply which is pretty good value for the price which is just under £6 at time of review.As for taste, well I often find with fish oil supplements that if I burp shortly after taking one then I get a taste of the fish oils repeating on me! There is no initial taste when taking the capsule but after a few minutes the fish taste can repeat on me.None the less it doesn't last and its a small mercy for taking this type of supplement that is good for me.The capsules arrive in quite a largish bottle and box which are recyclable and the bottle is foil sealed for your assurance.Both the bottle and box are batch number stamped with an expiry date also printed on both that gives me a couple of years to use by.As with all supplements its always best to check with your health care provider before taking any supplements particularly if you have a medical condition and/or taking regular medication and also if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.I often find taking omega 3 fish oils makes my joints feel less creaky as I age so they will always play a vital role to me particularly because I don't eat a lot of fish.I take mine just after breakfast with a good glass of water along with my other vitamins and I find it sets me up for the days activities and work.Brilliant value supplements and a brand I would consider purchasing without doubt in the future.

These seem to have a decent EPA and DHA ratio for those wishing to supplement their Omega 3 intake. Have reordered this product a few times since my original review.

Purchased this twice. I was very happy with the first bottle so I subscribed, but the 2nd bottle did not contain 90 capsules, more like 20. I take 1 capsule a day, its only been 7 days since my last order arrived and I'm already nearly running out - very disappointing
