Sure can, but be sure to check if you have the 4-pin or 3-pin, if you have only 4-pin headers then the lighting will not be addressable, and you have to be very wary of the connection orientation. Most modern boards have at least 1 5v 3-pin header. Look for the arrow on the connector, align this with the 12v pin on the board, the pinout should be printed adjacent to the header on the board itself.

Would these fans be an acceptable replacement for the stock fans on an arctic liquid freezer ii 420?

It should, as that is the same fan used on their RBG units( check the specs on the Artic web site). I assume your are wanting to add RGB to your Non RGB unit. If U have RGB and fans are defective, U should be able to get free replacement as 6 yr warr.

From the logo through the back where the cable and bracing posts are. On all computer fans, the side that is wide open is the intake side. This side usually has the logo and is not constricted by any frame at the center that connects to the outside housing. The side that is attached to the motor is where airflow will come out of. P12’s and P14’s are excellent and inexpensive fans imo. I personally like F14’s for case fans, but I personally have 2 p14’s up top in my case.
