It's supposed to play all regions, but i inserted a region a blu ray disk and it says "invalid region." am i missing something?

This is a fraud, the product is not region free, It doesn't read blurry discs from region A. I bought it for a few months , and only found out now that it is not region free as it described!

Waited for this and it will not play ANY DVD all come with region error. Also it is obviously modified somewhere because the label says only Region 2 (which incidentally it did not play).
