Not fulfil any electrolyte RDA SEE Nutrition information and contains maltrodextrin
Worst choice of my life main ingredient as maltrodextrin and also no tablet fulfil any one electrolyte in RDA please read nutitional information taste is bad, didn't dissolve properly even if u want to try dont purchase more than one anyways u re going to through it away
