My front steps are wood and can get slippery in the morning due to morning dew. After slipping a few times, I figured I had to come up with something to keep from getting hurt. I actually thought about refurbishing my steps or changing them out to something more slip resistant. I then thought about all of the stairs in arenas and commercial buildings. I went online and looked up stair grips, and after look over at least 10 different styles, I came across these. What separated these from all of the others was the glow-in-the-dark strip on the tread. No one else offered this feature. After looking at a lot of the reviews, I was sold. I purchased them and they arrived pretty quickly. Application was fairly simple. I swept my steps, wiped them thoroughly with a slightly damp cloth, waited for the steps to fully dry, and I cut the roll into 4 foot strips. ( I have approximately 7 steps). I peeled the back paper off of the strip as I played down the sticky side. I then put pressure down on the entire strip to make sure there were no bubbles. I repeated this process for each step. Needless to say, these strips are a game changer. I am beyond impressed with the traction I now have. I am also extremely pleased with the glow-in-the-dark strip. I now have perfect traction on my steps. The bonus is that I can clearly see the steps, even in the dark. This is an amazing purchase for indoor steps or outdoor steps. Just make sure that you apply the strip in dry weather where the temperature is above 45° Fahrenheit (per the instructions). You will not be disappointed......

Has helped prevent further slips on our stairs. Sticks to wood surface very well. Sand stays put and doesn’t come off of the strip easily.

Had trouble peeling off the backing on the tape, but after solving the problem it was full speed ahead. The product work very well and I was very pleased with the result. Will needto order more to finish the project.

I honestly wasn't expecting it to be as good as it is. I cannot speak to the longevity, as I just installed it, but it really has great adhesion. Also, the glow in the dark feature is awesome. Even after hasn't been exposed to light for many hours it still glows well. This is definitely a great bonus feature. I put it on my basement steps as my basement isn't finished and they are all painted gray. Once I fell on the stairs because with the lighting it was difficult to see the last step.

Product seems heavy duty, sticky, glow in the dark strip works well. As soon as it rained, the item pealed and blew off our stairs. If used indoors the item would be great.

Easy to cut and apply to our old wooden staircase. This helps to not slip when we having laundry or other big items that blocks part of your view when walking, as well as if your shoes are wet. We have dogs and they have no issue with it.

Absolutely love this product! I got enough for all the stairs at my place. They glow in the dark, they have great traction, and are soo easy to apply! 10/10 would buy again!

Long length roll....awesome. Very sticky but I find that the glow in the dark doesn't last long in the dark and it isn't bright.
