They shipped me the replacement part very quickly and also shipped me an extra part I said I would pay for separately. They responded very quickly and exceeded my expectations. Not many companies have a "wow" factor in customer service anymore but Schwinn definitely does. I highly recommend Schwinn bikes not only because of their great products at a reasonable price, but also because of their exceptional customer service!

Bike is a smooth ride, is stylish and my daughter loves it! I also needed to contact Schwinn customer service to replace a part damaged in shipping. Schwinn customer service is amazing. They shipped me the replacement part very quickly and also shipped me an extra part I said I would pay for separately. They responded very quickly and exceeded my expectations.
