A: Yes, as long as the pvc is a pretty thick mil.   I actually used it to patch a LARGE split in our in-ground vinyl pool liner and it held up very well.

**Q: would this work to glue a seam on an  outside cover made of 600 denier polyester ripstop fabric?**
A: Hello! Sorry to say that HH-66 does not work with polyester fabrics.

**Q: can hh-66 vinyl cement be used under wet conditions??**
A: Description says: "You can apply our clear vinyl adhesive in temperatures ranging from -30 to 150 degrees Fahrenheit, as well as underwater"

**Q: can i use this to close a leaking bottom of a home planter?**
A: It 100% depends on what the planter is made of. If it is vinyl then you are all set.  Planters are made from many different materials from woven to ceramic.
