I have been using this for 6 months now. I also had started the capsules a month before starting this shampoo. I don’t think it caused new hair growth, but my hair feels softer, healthier and fuller. However, they don’t claim that the shampoo causes new hair growth. My hair is naturally on the oily side. With this shampoo, my hair stays clean for 2 or sometimes 3 days. My scalp was tingling before I started using it, and I was shedding hair in those areas. My scalp stopped tingling when I started using it. It smells very pleasant with a light citrus smell. It seems pricey, but a little goes a long way. It suds up very well, so it doesn’t take as much each time I shampoo. It has lasted longer than my previous shampoo.

I have been using the Nutrafol Cleanse and Hydrate Shampoo and I am very pleased with the results. It gently cleans my hair and scalp without stripping away natural moisture, which is especially important for my hair type. My hair feels soft, clean, and refreshed after each wash. I also like that it hydrates without leaving any heavy or greasy residue, so my hair still feels light and manageable. The shampoo has a pleasant, mild scent and lathers well while still feeling gentle. Over time, my scalp feels healthier and my hair looks smoother and more nourished. Overall, I would highly recommend this shampoo to anyone looking for a gentle yet effective cleanser that also provides hydration and supports a healthy scalp.

I am thrilled with this product. I’m buying the larger version of it. I use it frequently when I wash my hair. I can’t believe the difference in just this amount of time it’s been a month now almost and my hair is visibly thicker and fuller even within a few washings, I could see the difference if your hair is thinning definitely use this to prevent thinning useless this is a product that you should definitely have it’s worth every penny it might be pricey, but it’s worth it.

I’m a little disappointed in this shampoo and conditioner. I expected at about the three month mark to see some improvement in the thickness of my hair and there really wasn’t a noticeable change. My hair and scalp were really healthy but there was no regrowth. My hair was still very thin. So I did some research that I guess I should have done beforehand because the shampoo and conditioner from nutrafol do not influence the thickness or volume of your hair visibly. The vitamins are what will change your hairs appearance not the cm shampoo and conditioner. I was really disappointed. My hair was healthy and the fragrance was very pleasant and invigorating. I did stop losing as much hair as I had been previously but the regrowth I was expecting I didn’t get. My hair was soft and shiny and I could pull a comb through it and even big tangles and knots just seemed to fall out. I would recommend this shampoo and conditioner set to anyone who already is satisfied with the thickness of their hair but wants to really increase the health and appearance of their hair and scalp.

Haven't noticed any type of difference, it definitely does not grow any kind of baby hairs, guess it's better than using store bought shampoo, I like the smell and does not dry your scalp out, looking for better alternatives

I got a small sample from Sephora and fell absolutely in love with this shampoo, so I went ahead and bought the full bottle — zero regrets. My scalp feels so clean, and my hair feels smooth and healthy. I've tried other detox shampoos from well-known brands (Ouai, Nécessaire, Briogeo), but this one feels so much cleaner and more nourishing — my hair has never felt this good. It's $44, a bit higher than the other brands I've tried, but I'm absolutely happy to spend that for results like this.

It caused dandruff and did not help for my hair loss . Its was not the right product for me.
