A Solid Competitor to the Bigger Brands
This is one of the best microphones I have used in a long time, and I truly mean that. For those of you who have used or are aware of the Blue Yeti microphone, this might be the first microphone to truly give it some competition. When you first get this mic, not only is it very well packaged, but it also comes with a heavy duty stand, a removable metal mesh pop filter, and not just one but TWO USB cables- one is a Type-C to Type-A and the other is a Type-C to Type-C, which makes it incredibly versatile to use depending on your available ports. On the microphone you have a volume control dial (when long pressed the LED color will change to purple and will now act as a Gain Control), a button to toggle between Cardioid Mode and Omni-Directional mode, the USB-C connection, a 3.5mm headphone jack for monitoring, and a removable thread mount adapter for other stands and microphone arms. The mic itself requires no drivers or additional software. The microphone was plug and play from the second I connected it to my PC. It did take me a while to figure out how to adjust the gain (as mentioned, you long press the dial until it turns purple) but once I figured that out I found this to be as good, if not better than my long loved Blue Yeti microphone. The volume dial can also be quickly pressed to toggle mute functionality. The audio quality of my recorded voice sounds very similar to how my blue yeti performs, but with slightly more clarity. It is actually quite hard to tell the difference, but I think the audio is incredibly good, and I think this just might be one of the best mics to get at this price point. I have also included a video of my audio test with the mic, if you are interested in how it sounds (background fan off at around 50 secs).Overall, I am very impressed with this mic, and I think this is an excellent microphone to use if you are just looking for something to get you started in streaming, recording or other content creation. I think that this microphone is a great value that is hard to beat. I highly recommend it.Thanks for reading.

Meh
The mic is easy enough to use but the sound quality is severely lacking. I get a better quality recording using my iPhone and that in itself is really disappointing. I’m mad I didn’t test it sooner when it was still in the return period. It’s a paperweight now.

Good USB Mic For The Price
I picked up this mic as an additional mic or back-up mic if needed for various content creation such as streaming. I have one of Joby's small flexible tripods already and love it, so despite not having a lot of information on their mic at the time, I decided to give this a go.Sound Quality - 4/5I usually record with a Samson mic and have used a Snowball mic in the past as well. I'd consider this in between the two for sound quality.Noise Cancellation - 3/5With just the pop filter included with the mic, the noise cancellation is just so-so. Depending on your needs, I'd recommend a foam cap style pop filter over the mic or a 'dead cat' (looks like artificial fur) mic cover if you need to reduce wind sounds in particular.Quality - 4/5So far I've had no issues with this mic's quality or durability, but it doesn't feel quite as heavy duty as my usual mic. It's a bit lighter.Versatility - 5/5I love that this works with Joby's tripod! It has screws on the side that you can easily attach other things to it. It can also be attached to most tripods or boom arm. It also has a stand that can be used on it's own.Overall, this is a good mid-tier USB mic. I'd recommend it most for those who are recording alone for things such as streaming.
