Packaging is simple and easy to open. The watch itself is just what I wanted. The face is large enough for me to read without my glasses, which has been an issue with several other smartwatches I have tried. The directions to pair and set up the watch are simple. You just upload the app and you are on your way to start the setup. I like the variety of exercises available to track. Indoor running and outdoor running and indoor swimming and outdoor swimming are some of the many options. I like that they differentiate between the exercises with more precision than other trackers I have tried. The price is very reasonable I have spent ten times as much on big name brands that have failed quickly or been so complicated to use that I didn't enjoy them. As far as durability, I have not yet used it while swimming. That will be the true test. It has good features, some free downloads for a variety of clock faces, and some others that can be purchased for a minimal charge. I find it easy to navigate, which is most important for me. Not too complicated. Looks nice, band is comfortable and a very pretty light pinkish/coral color. I have not had it long enough to collect data for sleep tracking. The charging connector is magnetized and snaps into place so you don't have to fiddle with trying to get the charger connected. The display is bright and can be adjusted and the font is readable, even without my glasses, which will be a huge plus when I am in the pool.

I have never wanted an Apple Watch- refuse to pay that amount. Really just want to track steps and some of the other biometrics. But when my little black simple tracker of 2 years died I looked for a replacement that wouldn’t make me look like such an old boomer to my office mates who all wear the Apple Watches. Having never inspected them close up, I thought this would pass. Wasn’t sure about the band but I thought the rose gold was pretty. Fast forward 2 weeks. I got the watch fast, set it up even faster. Easy to not select phone, text and email notifications I don’t want,but there’s my steps and cals, etc. Even easier to charge with a longer charge life. So I’m having lunch with a younger former coworker and she says “oh you finally got an Apple Watch?” And she holds hers up next to mine and they are identical. Band color, face, screens, all of it. I tell her where I got it and what I paid cause she’s a bargain shopper like me Now she’s jealous. Buy this one. It’s a steal. And it’s nice.

Just received the watch this morning. Doesn't seem to be any issues with it, but the app keeps freezing up and closing. UPDATE: Got the app working. The watch has been keeping good track of almost everything. It doesn't keep track of all my steps, but that is not as important as it keeping track of my heart rate. You can set up the watch to notify you when you have an incoming call or message on your phone. It doesn't always send the notifications. I have to say it is defiantly worth the purchase. I would highly recommend!

Easy to do initial set up, link and sync with phone app. I’m satisfied with the watch itself and glad I chose to purchase this one. It is lightweight, band is soft and comfortable. Charging is easy with the magnetic connector. And I like the features it offers. However some of the features I found by chance by swiping and pressing button rather than by instructions or phone app interface, such as the feature that measures O2. The one disappointment was I could not find the exact watch face featured in the Amazon photo, which was a deciding factor in my purchase. One of the three watch faces that come with the phone looks similar but lacked important items like the date. I did find a free download in the app which was closer, has the same look as Amazon photo, and includes date, I will keep looking for the exact watch face, because I would like all the items that were included on photo on the watch face. But that is a software and Amazon marketing issue and hopefully I can download the watch face that was pictured in advertisement in the future. I’m still satisfied with the watch itself.

I bought this smart watch based on reviews here and similarity to my previous smart watch, which was no longer available on amazon. Within one week, it stopped synching to the app regularly, then started frequently freezing all tracking features mid-workout, and then the battery started draining exceptionally fast, needing recharge nightly when my previous watch lasted nearly a full week and never died over 10% or glitched. It started regularly dying at 30% all of a sudden, within 3 days of purchase, and the worst thing was that during a long-run, the screen glitched out to a spinning symbol and when it came back it had completely erased 3 miles of workout data - all miles, steps, and kcal I just did were completely gone. NOT WORTH ONE PENNY - wasn't even functional for one week. Terrible product.

This very affordable dupe for an Apple or Samsung workout watch was terrific while it lasted. Out of nowhere it started keeping the wrong time and I haven't been able to figure out the way to make it work again. And, out of nowhere, it stopped syncing with my phone, so using it for time or for tracking workouts is not not possible. Loved the pinkish band color and material and wish it still worked. I'm donating it to Good Will. Maybe someone else will have bette luck making it work again. Hard to complain because it was great for a while and I got it during a Prime sale. This is part of You Get What You Pay For reality.

I call this a 'fairly smart watch' because it doesn't have all the bells and whistles of a big expensive one but that's what I wanted. I wanted an easy smart watch. This keeps records of sleep patterns, exercise and more. It's easy to use and program and was very worth the price. I also got a package of different color bands to change and I love the flexibility. Make sure you restart your watch and that the connections are on with bluetooth and location and you can get the weather and control the music on your phone. I love this watch!

This is a reasonably priced watch. counts steps, all the features most more expensive watches have .But It Is waterproof un like the more expensive brands are! I do water aerobics 6 days a week an hour each day and this watch still works! I had a more expensive brand name watch ,it lasted me one month and when I tried to get them to fix it because it no longer worked. I was told they are Not warranted to be waterproof then tried to sell me an upgrade for another 250.00. No That one wasn't warranted to be waterproof either. forget that! If you do water aerobics and want something that is truly waterproof get this watch.
