Brilliant little connectors, got these to wire up some new indicators to my Yamaha yzf r125, very easy to connect. Comes with all the little solder connectors too which are great, fast and convenient when using a little butane flame lighter. Definitely 100% waterproof once all connected up. Worth every penny for them.

Decent quality 12v connectors.I used them wiring in spot lights on my motorcycle. Having pre-wired tails makes fitting them just a simple soldering job.Easy to fit.

These are advertised for low voltage automotive use. However in such applications often quite high currents are involved.It would seem that no-one knows the current rating of these connectors which is a cause of concern. Beware. Construction is good apart from this problem.UPDATE: I have been informed that the current rating is 8 Amps. This sounds very credible and is a useful capacity. Would support one but not two car headlamps.Follow the pictorial instructions very carefully.

I needed a method to connect my heated motorcycle clothing to my motorbike. I have previously used Hella Din sockets but those have waterproofing limitations (living in South Wales you could see my problem). I found a similar item to these in Halfords (Super Seal connector) at a very high price for just one at £4.95; these appear to be very much a better deal at 10 for a shade under £10. They arrived within a couple of days, exactly as described and after watching a couple of YouTube vids on how to set them up, I found them very simple to construct and fit; I didn’t use a crimping tool, just a pair of needle nose pliers. They function as described and ‘click together’ firmly and (I can’t say on their longevity just yet but again they seem fine)I have used one of the connectors as a dust cap for when I am not using the heated clothing by sealing the end with silicon. It would be perfect if I could get a rubber or silicon dust seal for the female socket though.
