Very effective, but you'll go through it fast in a water flosser
This is fantastic. I got it to use in a water flosser, and I didn't do the math to realize how fast I'll go through it using it that way. This is concentrated, so you dilute it at 1:10 strength and can use just as a mouth wash, but when I use it in the flosser, I use 2.5 caps full every time. That said, it works great and it's worth it to me to use it that way, at least for a while until I get my teeth and gums healthier. It made my teeth smoother and shinier after 1 use, and after only ~5 uses, I think they're whiter also. It leaves my mouth very pleasantly fresh, but it's not an overpowering taste or scent. I've never gotten cavities, so I'll admit, I skip going to the dentist a lot. Now that I'm well into middle age, my gums bleed some and decades of dedicated coffee drinking have left my teeth a little yellowed. This has already improved the situation after ~5 uses in the water flosser so I'll keep it up, and after a while I might switch to just using this as a mouthwash to make it last longer.

Game changer for gums
Just from using this for a little over a month my gums are much healthier. I’ve been using it with my water flosser twice daily after eating. My gums feel better and when I went into my dentist the hygienist was amazed at the improvement in my gums. I recently got braces due to a mouth injury and was worried about how I would keep my teeth and gums healthier while in braces. I had been using the water flosser but this takes it to a higher level. I just pour about half a capful in the water reservoir- sometimes even a bit less - as long as I can taste that it has been added it seems to work. I wish I had known about this 20 years ago when my gums started getting bad! I can now use my water flosser at the highest setting and my gums don’t hurt from it.

Good for your mouth
This is not like normal mouth wash, it’s actually good for the ph balance in your mouth and maintains the integrity of your teeth.
