Review: Exactly what I want @ a great price - I just purchased my 3rd cup. Since I use it every day, the lids get a little worn. A friend of mine made me a copper inset with different momento's hand punched in it (coins from trips, phrases, etc). It is very dear to me and this is a great way to preserve it. I'm buying another cup to have as a back up. They wash easily and I'm sure work very well for photos. It's a good product at a fair price.

**Q: when putting iced beverages in stainless steel tumbler as intended, will it condensate to the photos and dampen them?**
A: Love this cup! Purchased 2 yrs ago, still looks great! Dampness from ice/hot beverages will not reach or damage the pictures. However, when cleaning, you should do the following to avoid any damage; *NEVER put the cup in a dishwasher or microwave . *Always hand wash/dry, do not wash using excessively hot water as steam may seep into a crack and damage photo. *Always check "bottom cap" is tightly sealed before immersing in water. **Q: What is the insert made of - plastic or stainless steel as well?**
A: If you're referring to the inside of the tumbler, it is stainless steel.

**Q: How do I add the photo?**
A: The silver bottom of the tumbler twists off and you insert your photo through the bottom and then twist the silver cap back on.

**Q: can the inset image be downloaded or can I get a copy of the insert?"**
A: It comes with an image inside. I traced it on scrapbook paper and pasted my photos on it! Easy!

This thing is exactly what it says it is - a travel mug that you can put your own picture sleeve into. I prefer this type to the perma-printed ones because I like to change out the pics once in a while. This one is actually better than an old one I had because with this one you unscrew the picture holder from the bottom instead of from the top (where the lid is screwed on) - in this version you don't risk accidentally unscrewing the picture holder while just trying to take the top off to refill. One thing I don't like is that it is not entirely leak resistant - if you turn it sideways while it's holding liquid it will leak a bit through the screw threads on the lid. It's not awful, but you definitely need to be aware of this and be careful not to tip it over when it's in your car so as not to get coffee on the upholstery. But it's lightweight and seems sturdy and it's a decent size, and it comes with a handy template for the print size you need for the pic sleeve. When I inevitably break the one I have I'll get another one of these.
