Exactly what I want @ a great price
I just purchased my 3rd cup. Since I use it every day, the lids get a little worn. A friend of mine made me a copper inset with different momento's hand punched in it (coins from trips, phrases, etc). It is very dear to me and this is a great way to preserve it. I'm buying another cup to have as a back up. They wash easily and I'm sure work very well for photos. It's a good product at a fair price.

Good Quality and As Advertised
The bottom unscrews making it easy to insert the picture. Note that the mug is slightly tapered so if you are printing a design you need to look at the website for the template. The lid pulls off, does not screw on but this makes for a smooth lip if not using the lid. Cannot say anything about keeping liquids hot and cold or leakage because I have have not used it. It is a present so I will send an update. Quality appears good and so far it seems to be as advertised and suits the purpose.

It wasn't as easy to get the photos inside, but after I did they looked great and were a perfect present

Stainless Steel Travel Tumbler
I really like this travel tumbler since it will last better than one made out of plastic. The paper slip in can be removed and you can put your own customized paper slip in image which allows for you to give the stainless steel tumbler a more personal creative touch. Very satisfied with this product.

An sich ein gutes Produkt. Leider löst der Deckel sich von alleine, was sehr ärgerlich ist. Dies konnte ich aber mit etwas isoland um das Gewinde beheben.

Disappointed with purchase
Product arrived with a chipped dent in the plastic and crack along the bottom, which is disappointing given the many reviews saying how durable this cup was supposed to be. I was also banking on using the website link to "easily create the photo insert" and it DOES NOT WORK - it says the site cannot be reached. A very frustrating experience as I was hoping to give this as part of a memorable gift for a milestone birthday, and it was a disappointment. Happy to edit my review if I can get some customer service to ameliorate my concerns listed above.

Extremely poor quality and lousy customer service.
Extremely poor quality cup. After a couple months of normal use (not abuse) the threads wore out to the point of not stopping at closed. The lid no longer seals and the company's return policy is 30 days. Very poor quality for a $30 cup. Will not be buying anything else from USA Superstore. I can't trust it.
