We buy these all the time. It's great to have a couple dozen in the glove compartment for long road trips. They freshen your breath and keep your mouth moist when you're on the road for several hours or a day or two. They taste great and help you to keep driving and avoid all the pit stops.

I've got these on monthly auto-ship. Great flavor, nice and minty. The only concern is letting them go stale. If you open a pack and leave it open for a while, especially out in the heat (like in your car), they can go bad. And then they're really bad. But otherwise I love 'em. When they do my autopsy I'll probably be 8% coolmint Ice Breakers.

It's pure sugar. Nothing more to say. If you don't think sugar is good for you then don't buy it. You won't find a better price for 3 pounds of individually wrapped pieces of candy.
