I'm not sure if they were out of stock and because i did one day shipping they tried to trick me....Hair was jet black not the natural color. The bleach did not lift the hair. My stylist confirmed it was not virgin hair. She informed me it maybe a blend of human hair processed. It didn't color at all and wouldn't hold a curl. It did curl nice after washing it and letting it air dry. I've purchased from other venders on here and haven't had this problem. Only reason I purchased from this company was because of the fast shipping and sale but I guess you get what you pay for. I'm very dissatisfied with this order. A wasted my money on my hair and the coloring. The only way I was able to make it work was by using the hair I purchased from DuanCan Ecommerce.
