It tastes very sweet ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Expensive flours that don't work. *by D***K on Reviewed in the United States on September 9, 2020* I loved the idea of baking something healthy with Hearthy's Yam Flour, Apple flour, or Banana Flour, but I absolutely could not make it work. I have a gluten intolerance, as well as a carb intolerance, and these flours would have allowed me to still have baked goods that my body can tolerate. These flours do not rise well at all, therefore, everything I attempted to make fell, wasting precious, and very expensive ingredients. The very first time my baked goods fell, I contacted the company, asking for help, and instead they sent me replacement flour for what had been wasted, and told me to keep baking.
