I have a husky/shepherd mix. She is very vocal especially when she is playing. I will say that when it does go off and makes a loud high pitch noise, it does make her stop barking because it startles her and the dog she is playing with. The sound is much louder than I expected. The neighbors can hear it. The only thing that I have a complaint about is that if she does her high pitched husky bark, it will not go off. She has to do her deep throaty shepherd bark for it to work. So in a sense, it only works about half the time. I have tried tightening it up so that it pushes on her throat more but her throat doesn't vibrate when she does the high pitched bark so the collar can't detect she is barking.

I have tried so many bark collars over the years and none have worked. This is the first collar that has kept my dogs from barking! And I love that it just makes a sound and doesn't shock them. All dogs are different but this collar has worked wonders on my dogs!

I have a pitbull/lab mix and a pomeranian (both moderate barkers) and purchased these collars after doing a lot of research. They've been working really well for both of my babies and are a great value for the price! On top of that, the seller is EXTREMELY helpful, quick to respond with any questions or concerns I had prior and after purchase, and truly made sure I was a satisfied customer. A+++++++++

this worked great for around a month then my dog got used to it and started barking like it wasn't even there

It's good. The only thing that is negative is the collar will not stay snug around my dog's neck. It keeps slipping.

Did not work at all. Was cheaply made and did not seem like it was ever meant to work.

Serves it's purpose; shock isn't overkill. My dog learned quick when he heard the beep to stop barking or else. :)

Plastic cover broke right away but the collar still works.
