Perfect replacement!
A storm blew our goal over and bent the rim on our old one. Bought this as a replacement and it fit perfect!! Very durable and now that our goal is cemented in the ground we shouldn’t have to worry about getting another one!! No more bent fair style rim lol

BUY BIGGER WASHERS! Great rim.
This rim has been doing well for months! The ONE THING I wish I would have known sooner was that you HAVE TO buy bigger washers from Lowe's or home depot to use on this or the back of the rim will get stripped and the rim will no longer be stable.

I bought this few months back. I havent used it, but you best believe i opened it and checked it out, yets! The metal ring is very nice and round and steely. I look forward to mounting it somewhere at my landstead !

Rim Breaks Super Easily
I had this rim for a total of 3 days —maybe a total of 90 minutes shooting on it, and the bolts holding the rim to the backboard literally tore through the back of the rim (please see photo). There was no dunking, hanging on rim, or rough play around the net to cause this to happen. It was only ever used by one person at a time who merely took jump shots. Not sure how jump shots could break a rim so easily, but this proves it’s not very durable. The only credit I can give this rim, is it’s the only rim I’ve found so far that appears to fit my backboard. I’ve been struggling to find a rim that lines up with the holes in my backboard to actually bolt the rim to the hoop. With that said that might have something to do with why the rim broke, but I don’t see how an hour and a half of jump shots could do so much damage to a rim.

Best fitting rim for a 5x5 backplate!
Struggled to find an actual rim that fit a 5x5 backplate with a 3.5"x3.5" hole pattern. This rim fit most of the specs needed - slid perfectly into the 5x5 slot and matched up perfect for 2 out of 4 holes. (the sizing was 3.5x2.5 - which was the closest I could find) Shipping came prompt and the product is/looks really good. Time for my kids to officially test it out :)

BUYER BEWARE - POOR QUALITY
Very poor quality basketball rim, the welds for the net hooks are breaking off after only 1 months use! Buyer beware, this thing is very poor quality!
