The shelves are as good as can be expected from the material they're made of. But who can afford quality wood these days? They haven't warped so far, but I just got it for Christmas and haven't exceeded the weight limit per shelf. I love the back board that keeps the books from sliding off the back. Putting it together took a bit of time but the instructions were easy to understand. All the pieces were there, so that's always a win. It appears rickety at first until you get the towers all hooked together, but as long as you mount it to the wall properly it's quite sturdy. It even has space under the bottom shelf of the middle tier for baskets if you feel like getting some. It is so much more appealing to the eyes than those boring rectangle shelves. My favorite aspect of the shelf system is that every single shelf is large enough for binders. I studied the measurements and did thorough research on different styles of shelves prior to purchasing. I recommend this shelf for people seeking space for large textbooks and binders. I'm so happy with it! I bought it for genealogy books and research binders.

This item is easy to assemble and quite sturdy. It holds weight very well. The alignment and height are perfect, and it fits in nicely. I recently purchased a TV stand and will consider similar products in this style in the future. Hardware was included and worth the money.

I was really impressed with the quality of this bookshelf. The shelves themselves are thin, but quite sturdy. They don't feel like the particleboard I was expecting. The metal framing is good quality, with all screw holes aligning with no problems at all. It does take quite a while putting together, with around 98 screws by my math (they're long ones, too). Pro tip: it takes extra long if you put together one of the shelves backwards and have to disassemble and reassemble it.

This is the first product I have purchased from Ironck. I have been looking for a bookshelf for a little bit, and I’m really glad I went with this one. The shipping box is large (dimensions), so a little awkward to carry, but I don’t think there is much of a way around this. However, I was able to move it inside and to my living room unassisted. The pieces inside the shipping box were well packaged; not a single item was dented or scratched despite a hole in the box (it looked like the corner of another box fell into it). There was plenty of cushion inside the box, and all parts were accounted for (even a few extra screws, just in case). There are quite a few pieces, and it took time to assemble (I did this solo), but everything went smoothly. None of the shelves split, the metal pieces all fit together snuggly without requiring force, and the screw holes all lined up (no fighting with the pieces to get the product constructed). It even comes with tethers to ensure stability (best placed against a wall, especially if you want to add any amount of weight). Overall, I am really happy with the product. The packaging was really good at protecting the pieces during shipping, and the construction was simple and well-designed.

I was looking for a shelf for my apartment. I got this one because of the number of shelves and the price. I put it together myself and it took around an hour and a half but I was also watching The Princess Diaries at the time so I was a bit distracted. The most tedious part is all the screws (there’s over 100). The box was very beat up when I received it, but I think that was UPS’s fault. It was packed with a lot of styrofoam so even though the box was torn up the pieces were fine. I’m quite happy with it! Pros: -Reasonably priced (I got it when it was on a sale) -Solid construction - heavy, and comes with an anchor kit for your wall -Well made - all the screw holes lined up and it was VERY simple to put together. It came with extra screws and an extra allen wrench. -Adjustable feet Cons -Heavy (a bit difficult to move) -Shelves are particleboard

I had to open a few of the ends that got dented in the box, but once I got them back into shape, it all came together fairly well. Took a long time for this rookie to put together, tedious, but worth it. 98 screws and about 2½ hours for me. But, the shelves are nice, and it's pretty sturdy, has good weight to it

This shelving is perfect for storing all my yarn for weaving. It's very sturdy and great quality. All parts were there and marked. All screws and holes lined up great. I used my drill instead of the Alan wrench provided and had it put together and up in about an hour. The wood design and finish is also nice.
