Wow, I’m so impressed with this. After about a week of taking it consistently. I noticed a change in my energy through out the day. I also noticed that I haven’t gotten a migraine like I normally do before my cycle or after work. I’m not sure about the cost it is a bit pricey but overall I can’t complain about how it makes me feel. I was nervous about the size of the soft gel but it was easy to swallow. No taste.
