Pavilion Books Van Life Cookbook: Resourceful recipes for life on the road: from small spaces to the great outdoors

I've loved working my way through the recipes in Van Life Cookbook. The recipes are really varied and the introductions are so sweet and personal. Great photography, very well-written and easy to follow. Will be taking this on my camping trip this summer as well as using at home for quick tasty meals. Spicy black bean soup will definitely become a lunchtime staple!

Some of the recipes are a bit complex for weekend van campers, but many are simple and sound delicious.

Great cookbook. Arrived before expected. Great packaging. Great condition and good ideas for food in a tiny space.

Great book,jam packed with ideas for eating like a boss when away from home! A perfect mix of recipes for everyone,personally loved the plant based options and the foraging advice! I’m a rubbish cook but even I’m inspired to knock some of these recipes up ! Oh and the drinks section! Yum! 🍸Perfect size for travelling… don’t leave home without it!

More for people living permanently in a motorhome. Some of the recipes are large and need room to store and prepare. A lot of ingredients.
